Third-year law student Naomi Bromke will speak at the North Dakota Right to Life 2026 Youth Summit on September 26 in Bismarck about unborn personhood and North Dakota law. Her presentation will draw on her recent North Dakota Law Review article analyzing the state's legal treatment of unborn persons and the North Dakota Supreme Court's decisions in Wrigley I and II.
